Line Art Dog Ornaments - Collab with Missa!
We are so excited to collaborate with talented designer Missa Daigger on this release!
Missa has created unique dog illustrations that are perfect for laser cut ornaments or framed artwork. She’s drawn over 100 different breeds!
These ornaments each have a spot on the bottom where you can glue a Dog Bone personalized with the dog’s name. That’s what our new template generates!
Type a list of names to instantly generate an SVG cut file with all the personalized bones. The template automatically sizes and centers the names.
For the dogs themselves, you can purchase these SVGs from Missa’s Etsy shop. They’re available as individual breeds or in bundles.
Use coupon code CUTTLE20 for 20% off!
Keychain Thingies Partnership
One of Cuttle’s most popular templates is our Layered Keychain generator which lets you type a list of names to generate the names and backers for keychains in seconds.
But if you’re making hundreds of keychains you’re probably tired of dealing with jump rings!
We’ve partnered with Crystal at Riley Black to offer a 10% discount on Keychain Thingies with code CUTTLE10
Keychain Thingies are plastic clips that are much easier to deal with than jump rings. You don’t need pliers — you just press them together with your fingers and you’re done.
Also they come in lots of fun colors! 👇
For normal keychains, I recommend the “OG” or “Xtra Strength” Keychain Thingies. These work well for 1/8” thick material. They’re pretty similar — the main difference is that “Xtra Strength” is a permanent closure.
For our Sports Bag Tags, I recommend the “XL” Keychain Thingies because these will fit over the lip of the border.
For all Keychain Thingies, the recommended hole size is 0.19 inches. This is a setting you can change on all our keychain and bag tag templates — it’s the default hole size on most of them.
While you’re shopping at Riley Black, also grab some wire keychain cables and lobster claws!
Riley Black Podcast
Speaking of Riley Black, Crystal also hosts a podcast with her husband John where they chat with people in the laser community.
Guests tell the stories of how they got into laser cutting, challenges they’re facing, and new projects they’re excited about.
Definitely check it out if you don’t already listen!
Also I will be the guest on the next episode, coming out this Monday 😅

Video Tutorial: What can you do with Cuttle?
In last week’s livestream, Federico answered some common questions about what Cuttle can and cannot do. This isn’t a tutorial on a specific project, but an overview of the different ways in which you can use Cuttle for your creative needs.
This includes both our personalizable templates that let you generate SVGs in seconds, and the Cuttle Editor which is comparable to vector design programs like Adobe Illustrator and Inkscape.
Federico hosts a live stream on our Facebook Group every Thursday at 1pm PT / 2pm MT / 3pm CT / 4pm ET. See you there!
